It was easy to get my ticket. Get onto the ferry cross to Rock Island where we walked swam Road had a wonderful time. The trip home was just as good.
I was not made aware that this was an overseas booking agent and that I would be charged an international transaction fee. I cancelled my credit card thinking it was credit card fraud - I think it's really unfair that I was not made aware of this
No issues. A smooth transition to the island. Pretty standard experience and was what I expected. Thought the cost of the trip was over priced though.. Good instructions to get there.
Ticketing was easy and efficient. Rottnest Island is beautiful , but you don't need 7,5 hours there. The ferry is very nice, service people too.
The get on and off buses were great for people who can't walk a great distant. The only complaint we're The damn flies. Could of warned people that they were are problem and came better protected.
I booked ticked and was advised I would have the tickets within 30 min I tried to call as I hadn't received them after 2 hours got no answer so did live chat x 2 tickets arrived in my email about 8 hours after booking. When we got to the venue our tickets advised 9.30am boat that supplier does have a boat at that time and we were put in the 9am boat our tickets clearly stated 9.30 lucky they could put us in the 9.45. I was very disappointed in the after purchase service and would not use this service provider again. You should be able to contact someone other than an automated chat service which couldn't provide me with any information. I would be happy for someone to contact me regarding my feedback.
The ticket redemption process was not smooth. Once we got to the ferry we had to go back to sea link office where we were handed printed tickets with no return time stated on them. The ferry was fully booked so we had to call sea link office from Rottnest to find out which return ferry we were booked on. The day was actually brilliant and the ferry staff were friendly and helpful but in future I'd book direct with sea link and would recommend others do the same.
Wadjemup/Rottnest Isaland was great. The crossing both ways was very smooth and staff aboard Sealink Ferry very professional. The captain was really great. Ticketing was an issue however. There were no instructions that I had to change the electronic ticket to a paper one (check in) and no one was there to meet at the meeting point.
A fantastic day out, we loved everything about the day, the boat ride to the island was fun and informative, the quokka are just divine and the island is just beautiful. Thanks for a great day.
Loved Rottnest, staff were very friendly, but had I know this was an international company charging international transaction fees, to book in Australia for an Australian attraction, I would't have booked. Very sneaky.
Well organised transport, activities and friendliness of staff on island. Some issues with ticketing process as I did not realise had to have tickets printed. Some problems as quite a few people had to go to office to have tickets printed as ferry due to leave; however, staff af office were focused on discussing bookings for later sailings with other people. All worked out in the end. We enjoyed a marvellous time.
Everything ran smoothly and we had an amazing day
Being from interstate communication via email was excellent and informative about how to get to the ferry and so on
Ferry trip was on time and comfortable, bike hire on Rotnest was easy, segway tour was excellent . We'll be back
Loved the lighthouse and the beaches!
Beauitful waters, quokkas were incredible and loved the experience.
Ticketing was fine, the service was on time and ran well.

It was an awesome experience. The guided tour was superb. Explained the history of the island so well. The tour guide also very helpful and cheerful.
The tour guide was really informative and felt really relaxed with her driving. The boat ride over was so smooth i didnt even know i was on the water. I was thankful we were able to catch a earlier boat ride back the same day and nothing was an issue. The only thing i felt was lacking were seats in/around the main harbour. As i am of pension age it was hard to find a seat to rest while walking around some parts of the island after our tour.
The tour was great, needs a bit more information what to do with tickets as had to ask a variety of people where we needed to go
Even though the weather was rough throughout the day, all of the staff was very helpful. I'm glad we booked the guided bus tour as it helped us stay out of the bad weather and still enable us to get around the island. We went as a family with 3 young children and was happy to see the bus was a good size and it was easy getting the pram on and off. We didn't need to unpack and fold the pram which we appreciate.
We loved the simplicity of the whole process. I found it very easy to book and the actual bus tour on the island was excellent! We've been told before that a tour is a waste of time and money but I found it the opposite. We covered the entire island in less than two hours and saw places you couldn't possibly get to by pushbike in a single day. Ted our driver was knowledgeable and his driving skills were great. The tour really made our day.
Very interesting commentary on the island's history , flaura & fauna. Keiran is very knowledgeable & a good driver . We really enjoyed this tour.
It was very unclear as to where we had to meet the bus.... given that the ferry was late it was a bit of an issue. By the time we got there we ended up in the back seats of the bus which were a lot lower than the forward seats so we could see very little of the scenery unless you were on the "right" side of the bus..... The tour guide was very informative but I am not sure that the experience (given that we were at the back) was worth what we paid vs what everyone else saw.
Smooth boat ride. Awesome bus trip around the island. Tour guide was informative, refreshing & funny. He was very knowledgeable. The island was clean. Just a shame the train wasn't running. Very worth the trip. Thanks Rottnest ❤️
Ticketing was a Little cumbersome .... as we were traveling with friends who wanted to get on the same tour but they were unable as they were booked out .... but talking to the agent at the dock we were able to get on a later guided tour .... unable to do on website But Richard our guide was fantastic and very relaxed about his presentation which we thoroughly enjoyed
Very easy to book. Staff welcoming, ready to help and happy. Whole day was enjoyable with a fun boat journey and a wonderful scenic bus trip.
Guide was very good and enthusiastic. The island is wonderful.
Gary the bus driver was hilarious and made the tour very enjoyable.
Great service & easy to use. Everything was clear
Staff Knowledge and friendliness
Excellent. All went on time. Well caring crew .
Access to the bus was easy. Driver/ guide was very knowledgeable. Scenery was spectacular.
The Bayside Explorer bus tour was excellent and the driver exceptional providing so much local information
Very well presented, great knowledge of the island. Thank you highly recommend.
Bus trip around the island, staff and commentary was awesome . Seeing the quokkas amazing

The trip was amazing! Had the best time in Rottnest Island with really great service at the ferry. Great hospitality and clear instructions overall. Do not understand why I got charged internacional transaction fee while buying the tickets though. Looks like an australian website, tickets bought in Australia with an Australian card..
When I arrived I had a booking reference through Headout. It was not coming up in the system. The lady at the booking desk could not have been more helpful and ended up booking me in without additional charge. She then subsequently rung me to assure me that they had worked out what had gone wrong and she would sort it out. Great customer service.
